OH, HOW THE MIGHTY Have Fallen . . .
Sudana spent the majority of her days locked away in her quarters. There was a very limited physical interaction with others simply because anything inanimate could be used as a tool to harm the authority figures within the asylum. As a result, her room was practically empty; there were no windows, no place to stow away what little belongings she had. There was a mattress, a blanket, and not much else. Currently she was lying on her back in the middle of the room, staring up at the ceiling blankly. Surprisingly she wasn’t bored, or upset, just in need of time to herself. She hadn’t a clue as to what time of day it was, but it felt like late afternoon, early evening maybe. In her head she was imaging what the sunset looked like. She figured she’d go outside to see, but the moment she pushed herself up her door squealed open.
She half-expected Dante to walk through the door, but instead it was some other guard who was accompanied by a doctor. Her brows raised in surprise. To her knowledge, she hadn’t done anything wrong. Perhaps it was another ‘treatment’ they were about to give her. Her initial instinct was to be difficult and resistant, but since she hadn’t done anything wrong she decided to cooperate—her rebelliousness usually got her in more trouble than she desired.
The doctor pulled a vile and a syringe from his pocket and nodded to the guard beside him. The man proceeded to apprehend her, grabbing her arm forcefully to bring her to the doctor. The doctor wrapped a band around her arm, making sure it was tight and secure. Once he found a vein, he injected a serum that would sedate her after a while. At first, she felt nothing, but she knew she would soon. She’d ask the doctor a question while he was present.
“Where’s Dr. Cypher? I thought I was under his care?” She asked, struggling a bit to get away from the guard who was still holding her. “We’ve been notified that you have not received treatments for some time now. He’ll not be handling you any longer. If I had it my way, I’d allow him to keep you, but the orders are much higher than mine,” he explained flatly, while putting his things away. “Anyhow, you’ll awaken within a couple hours. You won’t even feel a thing, darling.” He concluded, smiling condescendingly before he left. The guard should have left as well, but he remained there oddly enough. “Don’t you have somewhere to be?” Sudan asked through clenched teeth, attempting to fight back the bit of fatigue that overcame her. She could tell by his wandering hands that he planned on staying for a little while.
She could have summoned one of her tattoos to life, but with how her powers worked, they wouldn’t have been very strong. Her animations were a part of her, and if she was weak, then they were too. So long as she wasn’t touching an object, it wouldn’t spring to life either. As her head went heavy, she began to feel a little hopeless.

Currently Cypher was in the main office of the Asylum. A meating as some may call it with the head of the Asylum. They where attempting to make Dante change his mind about Sudana but he would have no part of it. Then the worste idea of all came up they wanted him to Beat her so she would no longer be so much more liking of him then the others. And that was a bad idea. His yelling could be herd from all the way down the wing Even with the secured doors. He was getting pissed at their ideas and it was starting to show. How could they expect some one to do such a thing. And further more for him to break a oath he made with her.
"I will not Hurt her i made a promise that she would not be harmed as long as i was alive. And i swere if i find out any one has caused her any pain i will kill them with no thought!!!." :But Dante this is your order so go carry it out now or you will be removed from the Asylum.: "How about you go fuck yourselves?" :Now Dante You either will do this or you will be fired!: "Fuck you I will not!"
At this point guards had been called in to remove Dante. Now that was a bad idea. For his temper was at its peak. All it took was for one of the guards to grab him and then he flipped. Taking both guards in his hands he gave a rather eveil grin as his eyes turned from his normal tone to a blood red tint. He was allowing himself to go demon he really could care less. While holding both guards in his hands his body started to change from human like to his more demonic form. A shadow crept up his body turning him jet black all to be seen was his glowing eyes. Then the sound of bones cracking came from the guards necks as he broke them with little problem.
This would have been all good if the Admin of the Asylum had not snuck behind Dante and filled up a shot for him and stuck him. The vile contained a high amount of liquid in which cause his body to become paralyzed. It took a moment before it took effect but soon he could not move and fell to the ground. Then two more guards came in and cuffed him up and put a shackles on his legs. Then carried him out of the room. Soon he was passed out dead to the world. But for some reason the had brought him to Sudanas room.
Since she was asleep and he was as well neither would have no clue that they where together. But soon the poison wore off For Dante and he woke up and had full motion to his body back. Though it was a bit blurry around him still. Looking around it took a moment before things became clear. Looking at Sudana he smiled then stepped forward but the shackles made that hard. God what a problem he had caused. Making his way over to her He sat down Then took notice of a guard watching them.
"If you wish to live i sugest you leave"
The guard gave a nervous look then turned around and left the room. Turning his attention back to Sudana Dante gave her a soft shake in hopes of waking her up.

The last thing she remembered was the guard grinning down at her as he laid her on the floor. Everything after that went black and cold, just like it did a couple weeks ago when she came to in the cells. Unconsciously she was praying that she didn’t awaken there. Her attempts to wake herself were useless. Her eyes were heavy, like steel door refusing to open. Her body was limp, seemingly lifeless. She was completely oblivious to everything around her. Even if she was receiving this ‘treatment’ she wouldn’t have known. Her body was numb to touch for some time. That was until much later when she felt the warmth of a hand on her shoulder gently rocking her body back and forth.
Sudan could feel she was ready to come out of it. She was terribly worried that the guard was trying to feel her up again, so even though she was coming to, she didn’t feel like it was quickly enough. A couple more shakes and she was able to open her eyes. Her vision was blurred but the face staring down at her this time seemed oddly familiar although smudged and distorted. She blinked once, noticing that with each blink her vision was a little more accurate every time. Finally, she could see Dante staring down at her.
Although she was overjoyed to see him, to the point where she nearly sprung off the ground and hugged him, she was curious to know why he was here and the other doctor wasn’t. “Dante?” She began softly, using all her might to push herself up. “What are you doing here? I thought you weren’t supposed to be taking care of me anymore.” She asked, assuming he probably wasn’t allowed to be there—or that was until she saw the shackles at his ankles. Her mouth dropped instantly. She couldn’t believe what was happening.
“You’re not a guard anymore . . .” She said, meaning for it to be more of a question than a statement. She figured she wouldn’t ask since she already knew. When everything settled in, she felt a swell of guilt form inside her. Everyone’s hope of getting out of here, and this place being exposed was long gone . . all because of her. “Why didn’t you just leave me?”

"Your awake finally... Im glad." Looking down at her he smiled a big smile though he was stripped of all his power he could care less at least now he could be himself and not hide it. He was not to upset about or even cared all that much. It just ment getting this place torn down was going to be a bit harder. But one way or another it would happen.
Leaning down he gave her a soft hug and smiled. As he did a black mist swirled around his body and he vanished into a soft black mist then took form once again the shackles and cuffs now laying on the floor. He had a big grin on his face and sat their looking at her.
"Why would i leave you? I made an oath one that may have caused me some problems but hey your safe and im fine thats all that matters. I could not do what they asked me to do so this is my results for liking you i guess."

Sudan allowed him to hug her, and surprisingly she even returned the hug. She gave him a light squeeze and sighed. Even though she didn’t trust him before, she’d still hate to see him hurt on her behalf. That would have torn her apart to know that he was hurt because of her. She let go gently and sat back on her heels, watching as he vanished into a black mist and instantly reappeared before her again. She heard the clanking of the chains hit the ground as they were no long attached to his ankle. She tried to smile, but it came out weak and faint. Not only did she feel bad about doubting his loyalty, but now he’d been outed because of her.
“Dante, you should have left me because now you’re stuck here. There’s no going home any more for you, no civilization, all that’s gone for you now. You have no freedom anymore. You know how it is in here, and they’ll make it that much worse for you because you do know.” She explained as she leaned against the wall. A sigh escaped her before she began again. “I don’t know what it was that they asked you to do, but you should have just done it. I’m not worth all this trouble.”
She pulled her knees into her chest and wrapped her arms around her legs. Sudan hadn’t been this bummed out since she arrived at the asylum. She’d never wish this kind of treatment on anyone—well, except the bastards who ran the place. Even though Dante was lighthearted, and somewhat optimistic about how things turned out, she knew they weren’t going to go easy on him. She was very much used to the torture. It was nothing new to her.

A light sigh left his mouth as he moved towards her and leaned against the wall. She was right but she had no clue about what they wanted him to do to her. The idea made his eyes swirl around turning multi colored. As he looked up at the ceiling. He hated this place and what they did. But now he hated everything about it even more. Though now he could actually do what he wanted their was still going to be guards trying to fuck with him though most of them where scared of him.
"Sudana....What they wanted me to do to you... That would be worse for me then this...I would rather Die then do what they wanted me to do."
Turning his head towards her he gave her a soft smile and his eyes flickered. he was still a bit pissed off but was making sure to remain calm. Due to his temper was a bit of a bad thing for him to lose. Looking around he let out another soft sigh.
"Though i wonder why they put me in here with you seems a bit strange.... Oh well at least now i can spend more time with you and maybe now the other patients will realize im more loyal then what they expected."

She watched him as he moved over toward the wall to sit next to her. The tiny lull in the conversation did make her mind wander. She wondered what was so bad about what they had asked him to do. Usually they stick a couple needles in her and send her to the cell. On occasion they’d throw food at her, or taunt her, but other than that she couldn’t see what was so bad. Well, then again there was the occasional beating. She only really got those when she’d done something wrong, but she hadn’t. Anyhow, Dante was an overall nice guy. He wouldn’t refuse her a meal even if they asked him to. It was a very admirable trait he had.
“Well, I appreciate it and I thank you for not . . .for not doing whatever it was they asked you to do. I just wish things didn’t turn out this way. I really hate that you’re stuck in here with the rest of us—especially me,” she said, chuckling softly. “I owe you an apology. I should have trusted you from the beginning. I was being foolish, and extremely difficult. You’re a good guy, and you don’t deserve that.” She said, watching the way his eyes flickered and swirled. She could see that he was bothered. He probably hadn’t cooled down yet.
Sudan placed her hand over his and smiled. “I’m glad I’m stuck with you for the time being. I doubt we’ll stay here for long. I’m pretty certain they’ll have some nice little plans for the two of us. We should probably not think about it till the time comes. You try to calm down though. Let’s not make things worse for ourselves,” she suggested kindly. She looked up at him, feeling her heart skip a beat. He was very handsome. She’d noticed it before, but wouldn’t really allow herself to act on any kind of tension. Sudan quickly drew her hand away from his and stared at the wall across from her. “So, what was it exactly that they asked you to do?”

He had dozed off into a whole other world while she was talking but still herd every word. His mind was speeding through so many thoughts that it was giving him a headache. The thought of the being a patient here even was running through his mind at this point. So many things to think about but that had to pass for right now so he could pay attention to Sudana. And for now that was going to be his main goal Since their time may be limited. He wanted to make sure they had fun.
As her hand fell over his own it made him jump slightly due to being so much in thought. But he smiled and still kept his attention towards the Ceiling. Then she asked the question which in a way he did not want to answer. But since she asked and he knew what would be the point in hiding it from her. Maybe just maybe this was all a good thing. Now he could actually have the trust he needed from the patience. And still a few doctors and other staff would be able to help as well those that was who are like them.
"Sudana what they wanted me to do was make it so you would hate me.... It was due to the fact that i made it so the only one who could see you was myself. And a few other staff got pissed of at the thought and decided to tell the head administer. So he asked me to beat you to the point where all trust and friend ship would be gone. And if that did not work to find another method. But i lost my temper and killed a few staff. Then was knocked out and put in here."
God that sounded much different when the administer said it then when he did. The way he spoke it at least had feeling where as his ex-bosses was cold and full of hate towards the poor girl. What had this world come to this separate world where those who where not humans where locked away from the world and hidden.

She could tell by the look on his face that he didn’t want to answer her question. Sudan wanted to tell him that it was fine, that he didn’t have to tell her. Before she could, he proceeded to inform her finally. What she heard was brutal and horrid. It made her sick to know that the people here were so harsh. She lowered her eyes to the floor, allowing herself the time to digest what he was saying. A part of her would have felt so much distrust for him if he did as his superiors asked. Another part of her told her that she would understand; that she wouldn’t blame him for not wanting to be discovered. Instead he refused, which allowed her to trust him more fully now.
“Thank you . . .” She said lowly, still imagining how betrayed she would have felt if he’d gone through with it. Sudana couldn’t help but to feel bad. He shouldn’t have had to go to such great lengths to gain her trust. Of course, he probably had his moral purposes too. She was pretty sure that Dante wouldn’t hurt a fly so long as it wasn’t hurting anyone else. She looked back over to him finally, seeing the same bothered and aggravated expression on his face. How she wished things hadn’t turned out so badly for the two of them. Just as the thought crossed her mind she heard footsteps down the hall. Instantly her stomach dropped and she grew incredibly still.
It sounded like a lot of footsteps, not just two or three people. Sudan pushed herself up and moved to her door, raising herself onto her toes to peer out of the small opening at the top. She could hear them coming closer, but with how fast they were moving couldn’t tell where they were going to. Everyone of her block was staring out their doors as well, all of them hoping and praying they weren’t the ones they were coming for. Sudan knew they were coming for them. If not her then they were probably coming for Dante. She couldn’t see them, so maybe they had sometime to leave before they arrived.
“I think they’re coming now . . .” She said, looking back over her shoulder toward where Dante was sitting. “We should probably leave,” She suggested, looking back out again to see if they were anywhere in sight.

When she told him they where coming his entire face changed. A fanged smile spread across his lips and his eyes turned to a bright red with dark swirls. This is what he wanted let them come he thought to himself it will just be their destruction. Soon a black mist had filled the room and now everything was jet black all except his glowing eyes. Even his own body now blended with the shadows that danced around in the darkness. If they wanted to come and take either of them then they would pay with their very own lives first.
"Leave? Why would we do that if they really think they are going to take us that easily then they are going to be in for a blood bath because i refuse to be tamed by them and scared. I know everything they have against us and know ways around it all. For one they are just mere humans."
Standing up from where he was his body flickered as he walked towards her. The white of his fangs shimmering as he smiled. He was not to worried about the guards not the least. For all he knew they could do nothing to stop either of them. And together well lets just say things would be alot harder. As he reached her he raised a darkened hand to the door. Suddenly runes spread across the room creating a light green glow. His runes where for sealing things in. More or less a containment ability. But right now they where being used as a Illusion. So when the guards entered the room would appear normal but the two of them would not be seen.
