name is Katrina, but people tend to
call me, Kitty, instead. I was born on
May 22, to Charles and Madeline. I grew up being pestered by my siblings,
Raine, Kevin, and Michelle. I was born in London, England, and I lived there"/b] for most of my life
before I ended up here

Katrina is a pretty small girl, at least in her human form. She is only 5'4" with a small waistline. Her hair is long and straight, dark brown locks reaching about her mid-back, depending on how recently she cut it. Her dark brown almond eyes and shining smile light up a room when she shows them. also, her skin is a light tan color.
Katrina's wardrobe usually consists of a white or cream shirt with some dark blue jeans, but she loves wearing bright blues, pinks, and purples as well. Occasionally, Katrina gets in the mood to wear a dress, which always has a long flowing skirt, one in which she can twirl. Overall, she wears conservative clothing, that is, unless she is being silly with her sister.

Katrina is a pretty quiet girl who keeps to herself when around people she does not know very well. She will smile and be friendly enough, but conversations tend not to last long unless they strike a topic she loves to talk about, one being animals. When around her sister, though, Katrina feels more secure and will act silly. Her sister can also convince her to do tings which she would not normally do on her own, but Katrina loves Lorraine for it.
Like her parents, Katrina is pretty traditional in her beliefs, except for hating people who are different. In that way, Katrina is much more open minded. Katrina is a very serious person, but will have fun in the the right setting. She likes many thing including, the colors purple, blue, and cream, animals, especially felines, Raine of course, seafood, fruits, some vegetables, like corn, milk, cheese, the occasional sip of alcohol, sugar in any form, writing, drawing, dancing, talking on the phone, swimming, and using her powers.
Some thing Katrina does not like are the following: the colors yellow and orange, most kinds of meat, soda for the most part, her parents and Michelle, diet anything, onions, olives, trying to play an instrument, singing in front of people, and being the center of attention, even in small crowds. She fears losing her powers, not being able to morph back into a human, small crowded places, and very dark rooms. Katrina dreams of one day becoming a veterinarian, and marrying a good man with whom she is in love.
Also, Katrina sometimes falls into a deep depression. She has never tried to kill herself, but upsetting events, like breaking up with a boy friend, will leave her crying alone for a few days, refusing to see even Lorraine. Katrina is still a very strong person though. When her sister, or someone else needs her, she can put her own fears away and help them. Once things are quiet again though, the feelings come bursting out, and those who do not know her wonder from where it all came.

Katrina's story starts with her parents who met in China. Charles was a young entrupenuer who traveled there for buisness when he met Madeline, his future bride. After getting to know each other, using technology to its fullest, Charles convinced Madeline to move to London with him. After their traditional, white dress wedding, Madeline and Charles had three daughters and one son. Katrina was the third child, though born only minutes after her twin Lorraine.
They all grew up rather happy in London, though the usual squabbles between siblings was not unheard of. No matter how much their older brother Kevin picked on them and their younger sister Michelle annoyed them, Katrina always felt loved within her family.Well, until her and her sister's powers manifested...
When Lorraine and Katrina were about thirteen years old, they were walking home alone, which was of course not the smartest thing to do in the dark streets of London. Though Katrina felt like they were being followed, Lorraine assured her it was only her imagination. Then at least two man jumped them, coming out of the shadows. Most of the fight was a blur of dark bodies clashing, except for two events which ended it. First, lighting come out of the cloudless sky and struck one of their assailants. Second, her hands became like the paws of a giant cat and slashed open another attacker. If there were any more, they fled after these two events. Katrina did not understand what had happened, but hugged her sister, exstatic that they were both safe.
In the years following this, she and her sister carefully learned how to use and control their powers, though always hidding it from their family whom they feared would not understand. Kevin was the first to find out, and he was both comforting and understanding. While he promised not to tell their parents, he urged Katrina and Lorraine to do so themselves. Michelle was the next to discover that her sisters were mutants, but did not take the news nearly as well. After screaming incoherent words and gesturing that they should not come near her, Michelle told her parents who reacted just how Katrina and Lorraine feared. Being old fashioned, and set in their ways, Charles and Madeline shunned their twin daughters as monsters and sent them to the assylum as soon as possible.
At eighteen years old, Katrina once had hopes for a deeper relationship with her boy friend, and a successful career in college. Now she can only dream of Kevin rescuing them from this nightmare.
